An entreprising and a well-respected older gentleman took up an entire block of street consisting some 24 shops looked to assist the local community by providing shops at relatively lower-rent within the business district. Despite of all efforts to get things organised, he met with time after time lack of communication between him, the management office set up and the tenants. We were engaged to re-invigorate the activities together with the tenants.

Value Management Plan

The tenants attended the meetings organised by us as the external party to bridge the Street Owner and the individual tenants. During these constructive meetings, we are able to address problems related to the management office, surroundings in term of creating shopping environment. We were there to ensure that there is sufficicent level of co-operation and the tenants understand the situation they may be in if preventive measures are not taken.

Venturing Together

Our informed findings reported to the tenants helped them to plan at least 18 months ahead. This also led to a sense of belief there can be common benefits for both the Street Owner and tenants.
